Sushi was amazing. Front of house was so kind, happy, pleasant, and offered to bring us sliced avocado for our toddler while we waited for our food. Fresh ingredients- they make in-house shrimp tempura! Wonderful service! Slightly higher prices but SO worth it!

Best sushi in Fort Collins. Lunch specials are amazing and inexpensive. Wait staff are great and quick. There is rarely any wait for a table. The miso soup is the best I have ever had.

Quite honestly, pretty incredible. Dani, our server, was attentive and knowledgeable. My friend and I got an order of steamed gyoza, baked green muscles, spicy salmon roll, california roll (with masago), Yami Yami roll (the one with the tempura crunch bits on top), and Samurai roll (the one with the salmon/eel). For it being Fort Collins, I've honestly got no complaints. Prices are pretty fair given that Sushi Jeju is located in Old Town. $83.74 (pre-tip total) for two appetizers and four rolls is a heck of a deal. Definitely will come back.

Most recent lunch menu. Haven't been visiting this restaurant for a while. Glad to see that they are providing quality food and dining at a reasonable price. The wait staff is professional and friendly. Their ramen is top quality. Their hot green tea was different and surprisingly tasty, the waitress said that it is a combination of green tea and brown rice for a smoother flavor.

This is a great spot for lunch specials! I always go for their three roll lunch combo which includes complimentary miso soup, and a choice of three rolls - there are eleven options you can pick from. I was greeted and seated in a booth by the window immediately when I arrived, ordered a hot green tea and enjoyed the people watching while I waited for my three rolls. Miso soup came out first - they serve it as a sipping soup without a spoon which was perfect to cradle in my hands on a chilly day. The avocado roll, spicy tuna and asparagus tempura roll came out soon after and I dug in. Everything always tastes fresh and clean - the avocado was perfectly ripe, the spicy tuna had a nice kick, and the tempura asparagus was crispy and delicate. My server was the only one working the floor and did a wonderful job of checking in on all of the tables and making sure everyone had what they needed so no one felt forgotten. When I'm looking for friendly service, fresh food and a solid deal, you'll find me here for lunch!

My sister and I came here for dinner with some friends. It was pretty busy that night, but luckily we were able to get a table in 20 minutes. Service was a little slow, but it was understandable and they still refilled our water glasses a couple of times. We shared the Budae Ramen (creamy, spicy chicken broth with two fried gyoza, fried spam, boiled egg, napa cabbage, carrot, mushroom and green onion) and the Katsu Donburi (crispy, panko encrusted chicken cutlet infused with soy broth, egg and onions, served on top of rice). My favorite of the two dishes was the Budae Ramen! The broth was really different (creamier) than what I was used to, but it was delicious. I loved all of the toppings as well. The katsu was good, but a little better after we re-fried it at home to crisp it up again. I really liked the onion and sauce that soaked into the rice. The portions were enormous! We had enough leftovers to feed us for a couple of extra meals.
